Offers

Four packaged offers a partner can quote from.

These are the purchasable shapes behind our service lines. Each one names the trigger, the inputs we need, the outputs you receive, a typical duration range and what is explicitly out of scope.

Start with a sprint or go straight to deployment

Partners with a live deal usually start at the Readiness & Scope Sprint and move into the Deployment & Go-Live Package. Partners with an installed estate start at the Health Check. Lifecycle is sold by the partner as recurring services.

Offer 01

Platform Readiness & Scope Sprint

Use this when the customer needs an implementation answer and you need a partner-safe scope before you quote — including when there is no live deal yet and you are testing whether we fit.

What you send us

  • Platform: SentinelOne, Orca Security, Qualys or a combination.
  • Estate scale: endpoints, servers, cloud accounts or subscriptions in scope.
  • Desired go-live date or customer-driven deadline.
  • Known constraints: change windows, existing tooling, compliance drivers, access limitations.

What you get back

  • A partner-safe scope you can wrap in your own statement of work.
  • Effort estimate against the packaged SKUs so you can price a line item.
  • Delivery window and dependency list.
  • Risks, assumptions and documented exclusions.
Typical duration
Short and fixed — the exact window is confirmed when we acknowledge the brief.
Commercial
Paid as a fixed-scope sprint, and credited against the deployment package if you proceed with us.

Not included

  • No configuration changes are made during the sprint.
  • No licence procurement or pricing — that stays with you and your distributor.
  • No end-user commercial conversation.
Offer 02

Deployment & Go-Live Package

Use this when the licence is won or imminent and the platform has to be designed, deployed, integrated and validated into production.

What you send us

  • Approved scope from a readiness sprint or an equivalent brief.
  • Named partner delivery contact and the agreed brand model.
  • Time-bound, least-privilege access to the platform tenant and in-scope estate.
  • Customer change process and communication rules.

What you get back

  • Design, phased rollout, integration and validation against the written scope.
  • Configuration and policy baseline documented as-built.
  • Test and validation evidence for the controls that were implemented.
  • Hypercare period, then a handover pack the partner can present under their own name.
Typical duration
Scoped after brief — the delivery window is issued with the scope, not guessed in advance.
Commercial
Fixed-scope package drawn from the platform SKUs, priced to the partner. You wrap your own margin.

Not included

  • No 24/7 SOC monitoring or alert triage on the customer’s behalf.
  • No patch execution or remediation on customer systems unless separately agreed.
  • No licence sales, renewals or end-user contracting.
Offer 03

Platform Health Check & Optimisation

Use this when the platform is already deployed but drifting: default policies, alert noise, incomplete coverage or a growing backlog of findings the customer is not acting on.

What you send us

  • Read access to the existing tenant and current policy or scan configuration.
  • What the customer believes they bought, and what they are complaining about.
  • Coverage expectations: estate in scope versus estate actually reporting.

What you get back

  • Policy and coverage review against the estate presented by the partner.
  • Tuning recommendations, with agreed changes applied where in scope.
  • Backlog and exception position, prioritised rather than dumped as a raw export.
  • Findings report and an improvement plan the partner can take to the customer.
Typical duration
Scoped after brief, sized against estate scale and platform.
Commercial
Fixed-scope package, or drawn from a prepaid overflow block for smaller estates.

Not included

  • No penetration testing or red-team assessment.
  • No compliance certification or audit sign-off.
  • No re-platforming to a different vendor.
Offer 04

Lifecycle Operations Retainer

Use this when the partner wants to sell ‘keep it healthy’ as a recurring line item after go-live, and evidence value at renewal.

What you send us

  • Agreed monthly commitment: the retainer SKU that matches the estate.
  • Named partner owner for the cadence and escalation path.
  • Standing agreement on what we may change and what needs approval.

What you get back

  • A defined operating cadence: reviews, health checks and tuning within the committed days.
  • Reporting and QBR pack written for the partner to present.
  • Change control on configuration and policy, with documented exceptions.
  • Expansion signals flagged to the partner for them to convert commercially.
Typical duration
Monthly commitment, typically reviewed quarterly with the partner.
Commercial
Recurring retainer sold by the partner. Unused hypercare days can be converted into retainer by agreement.

Not included

  • Not a managed SOC and not an out-of-hours incident response service.
  • Not unlimited support — the committed days are the envelope, and overflow is quoted separately.
  • Not a route to the customer: the commercial relationship remains with the partner.

How the offers map to the SKU menu

Each offer is delivered through the packaged SKUs on the services page, so a reseller can attach a named line item rather than an open-ended day rate.
